Apartment San Lorenzo 1 is located on the second floor of a XIVth century palace. What an ideal location in Florence. In five minutes you can walk to the Duomo or the train station. It\'s also the ideal starting point for trips in Tuscany. All the major buses and organized tours for Chianti, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and other fantastic places leave from the Santa Marina Novella Station.
In 2009 the owners have taken much care in restoring this historic apartment. This cozy, quiet and luminous apartment is sure to make your Florence holiday perfect. There are beautiful, ancient frescoes and decorations together with sophisticated furniture, prints and drawings that have been purchased in the antique markets the owners often visit.
The owners are happy to be of help when they are in town and will be happy to pass on information concerning the city and surrounding area.
For larger groups, Apartment San Lorenzo 1 can also be rented with Apartment San Lorenzo 2 which sleeps 2 and Apartment San Lorenzo 3, which sleeps 4.
The apartment is composed of two bedrooms. In each room it is possible to have two single beds or one queen size bed, please request. There is a living room with a dining table, a sofa and a fireplace. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the modern appliances. Finally, there is one bathroom with a shower.
There is a little supermarket open daily until 8.00 p.m. and some bakeries and grocery stores.
There is a parking lot just next to the apartment and costs 25/30 Euros per day. A bit further away there is parking for 18 Euros a day. It is not recommended to have a car in Florence, public transportation is very good and there are many places to walk to.
