Upon entering Apartment Saint Vincent, there is an entry area with closet and a WC. Entering into the door to the right you will find yourself in the living room/ dining room with an open plan kitchen. The room is spacious and bright with three large floor to ceiling doors that lead out to the balcony area.
There is an ornamental fireplace in the living area and the kitchen is fully equipped. Near the dining area is a door which leads back out to the hallway. To the right, there is a full bathroom with bathtub and wall mounted shower. You will also find the washer and dryer in this bathroom.
Back in the hallway and down the second hallway, you will find the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet. The room is small but the bed is cozy and there is room for your luggage.
The second bedroom has a king size bed or two twin beds upon request. There is plenty of closet space. Both bedrooms look out onto the inner courtyard which is a haven of peace in the center of Paris! Between these two bedrooms is the second shower room with Italian shower and wash basin.

My husband, our adult daughter, and her partner stayed here for a week and were very pleased with the apartment. We were welcomed by Marie, who took time to explain how all the appliances worked, and made recommendations for an app to use for navigating the metro (it was very helpful). The apartment was clean and bright. There were fresh flowers and fruit waiting for us (such a nice touch!). The beds were firm but comfortable, and there were enough towels for all of us. Having two showers, and two toilets made getting ready in the morning, or winding down at the end of long days much easier. There was amble space to spread out and relax when we returned from all the tours we took. The bedroom windows open onto the courtyard which is very quiet. It was convenient being so close to Gard du Nord, and this is the metro station that I would recommend using, especially after sunset, as the other close metro station Bares-Rochechouart felt a bit intimidating after sunset. (I would not recommend going out alone after sunset.) The neighbourhood is busy and clean (they literally wash the sidewalks nightly), and there is a lovely fromagerie, boulangerie and two great restaurants near by.

We had a fabulous stay in Paris. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. The lift was a welcome bonus as I had unexpected mobility issues. Marie the property manager welcomed us and showed us throughout the apartment. She was very helpful and willing to assist as required. The location was great - access to public transport; supermarkets and lots of great bistros were within very easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this property. Many thanks.

So happy to discover this neighborhood of Paris! It is so central and we could wake up and walk up to Montmartre and have our coffee as we looked out over the city. Rue des Martyres is only 10 minutes away with such lovely boutiques. We were so happy to welcome our family from Thailand in the apartment. We will definitely think about renting your apartment again when we come back to Paris!

Work brought my wife and I to Paris for 2 months and we loved our stay at the apartment. I had to take the RER B to get to work so it couldn't have been easier for us to get around. There are so many interesting neighborhoods around the apartment and we had fun exploring them along with the neighborhoods that we have been enjoying for years.
The apartment feels very Parisian and we loved the kitchen, dining room and living room area which is where we spent most of our time. A perfect home away from home.

So happy to have a balcony! We spent so much time looking out and watching the people come and go. We felt like true Parisians! We had a family reunion in Paris and much of my family lives in nearby neighborhoods so staying at your apartment was so practical for us. I just wanted to thank you for sticking with us on this reservation over the last 2 years of uncertainty during COVID. It must have been meant to happen the way it was because we ended up celebrating our 50th birthdays together in Paris so it was very special and memorable. It couldn't have been more perfect weather and the apartment was wonderful. I think the Montmartre district was one of our favorite and we were so close!
Marie Laetitia was so helpful and even reserved our car to CDG on the way out.

This was the perfect apartment for my daughter and I. We were so central and with the train and metro station just next to the apartment it was so easy to get anywhere we needed to go even though we walked most places. Marie the apartment manager is amazing! My daughter had no luggage upon arrival and Marie helped us find an open store for incidentals and clothes! The apartment windows are a dream. Breakfast & coffee on the balcony was a prayer answered. The hardwood floors have just enough creaks and squeaks to speak to the history of the building. This place is a gem.
