Apartment Rosado is situated on the third floor of a well-maintained building located in the historical part of the Eixample area, at short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping. The apartment has been recently renovated and offers the convenience of modern amenities. The apartment is perfect for six guests, but can accommodate up to nine. This apartment still has the one hundred years old mosaic floors (a different design in every room) and the original woodwork on the doors and windows. High ceilings, comfortable furniture, pink hues, colorful tiled floors - all contribute to the charm and uniqueness of Apartment Rosado.

The living room of Apartment Rosada features two, three-seater leather sofas, and a 40" flat screen TV with "home cinema" dolby 5.1 sound system. The dining area seats six guests. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes fridge/freezer, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and all utensils. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The three double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (two with bathtub and one with shower). Please note one of the bedrooms has a small loft with a bed in it and steep stairs to reach it.
