Located in a palazzo adjiacent to Ponte Vecchio, with windows just over Arno River, this elegant apartment is in the very heart of Florence and a moment away from all the must-see monuments.

The romantic Ponte Vecchio (“old bridge”) is a few meters away and you can almost touch it from the windows. The Duomo Cathedral, one of the city’s most famous landmarks, designer shops, art galleries, and museums are all within one km. The building is located in the old city center of Florence, where all the major attractions are located. This area is no more than 1.5 km across: everything is within walking distance.

The décor of the interior has kept to the traditional Florentine style and the rooms are furnished with particular elegance. The apartment is on the second floor with elevator; it is approximately 120 sqm and consists of an entrance way, three bedrooms (two bedrooms can be arranged either as double or twin; the third bedroom is a single bedroom), two bathrooms (two showers), a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining table, and an amazing outlook over Florence. All floors are hard woods.

Location, location, location! What more can I say. Being on the Oltrarno side, with all the amazing restaurants, but only a 10 minute walk from the Duomo - it\'s the best of both worlds! We loved having such a nice grocery store literally across the street from the apartment. Check in was easy and the directions for how to find the building from the street were very helpful. We\'d come back in a heartbeat!

An incredibly spacious apartment with big windows looking out at the famous Ponte Vecchio. The location was amazing, as the Ponte Vecchio is almost the center point of Florence. On the third floor, but a small elevator can transport a few people at a time but most importantly, the luggage! 2 bathrooms is great when traveling with multiple groups. Sibilla was a very kind and generous host, attentive with great communication.

The views from the apartment are phenomenal!! Overlooking the river and the Ponte Vecchio made for stunning views every morning and evening (and really anytime in between). It was so convenient to be able to walk right into the main sites of Florence, but also be slightly outside of the main tourist zone. The apartment is huge, we kept calling the main hallway the runway. Having such a comfortable place to come back and rest made for a perfectly enjoyable stay in Florence! It had all the amenities we would need, being able to wash clothes was a definite plus, as was a dishwasher. We would definitely stay here again next time we find our way back to Florence!

The apartment was a wonderful escape from the heat and crowds of summer in Florence. The view of the Old Bridge is perfect and the apartment is central to walk everywhere! We had tons of space for my husband, myself and two adult children. Communication with Tomaso is prompt and easy. We were welcomed in person by Sibila and she was so sweet, welcoming and helpful! This was the best stay of our 2 weeks in Europe by far! I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

This is a perfect location. There is a little coffee shop just at the entrance of the apartment, we enjoy our quick bite and coffee there. The super market is located cross the road, and it is like a gourmet shop for all Tuscany cheese and other charcuterie product . The view of the bridge, “ Ponte Vecchio” from the living room was breath taking. There is plenty of candles in the living room, stunning bohemian view of the bridge even more beautiful with the candles. Thanks to our host for that many candles. And there is a good selection of Florence and Tuscany books in the living room. When I was staring at one of the book I discovered that there is an opera show at St. Mark Church, literally behind the apartment. it is only six minutes walk. We watched the opera of “Figaro’s Wedding” in the church. Thanks for that great book selection in the living room. Also, Trattorias around the apartment is so authentic. I can say, the apartment place is more sophisticated than the rest of the center Florence. And our neighbors are so friendly. This is a great place to live like a local just at the city center.
