On the third floor of a classic 18th century building with full security door and video entry system, a small modern elevator will take you to your door. Between the rue du Temple and rue des Archives, it\'s located in the famous Marais District at the beginning of the rue des Franc-Bourgeois, one of the most exciting shopping streets of Paris. The apartment is newly renovated (September 2002) and furnished to a high standard with many elegant items including a designer leather sofabed and easy chair in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has all the most modern appliances. The bedrooms include a queen room and a room with a special convertible bed which either makes a queen or two singles and yet is a comfortable sofa in a small sitting room during the day. The full marble bathroom includes 2 sinks and a shower. The five large double glazed windows give it plenty of light. The Seine is nearby with Chatelet and Notre Dame a short walk. There is a wonderful selection of food shops and delicatessens as well as excellent brasseries and small restaurants on Rue Rambuteau. This is a perfect accommodation for those travelers who want to be centrally located, yet close to bus and metro.

The living room is spacious and well decorated, and the fully equipped kitchen includes electric stove, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, and crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and utensils. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a special convertible bed which either makes a queen or two singles and yet is a comfortable sofa in the daytime. In the living room, there is a sofa bed suitable for one child.The lovely bathroom is decorated in marble and includes tub and shower, double sinks, toilet and bidet as well as plenty of cupboard space. The apartment is fully equipped with telephone, cable TV, Stereo/CD player, Alarm clock, Linens and blankets, amd we can arrange a fax and answering machine if required. There is heating throughout the apartment by modern electric radiators. The weekly rental includes all taxes, utilities, linens, and for those who stay longer than a week there is included a weekly maid service with change of bed linen and towels. The only additional charge is telephone use.
