Let yourself be enchanted by this area that Jean Paul Sartre or Simone de Beauvoir used to hang out in.

At Apartment Pres, we offer you a comfortable and spacious apartment that benefits from a magnificent living room where you can enjoy your friends or family. A dining area is just off of the living space. The fully equipped kitchen has an eating area as well for breakfast or snacks.

For your comfort, Apartment Pres has two en-suite bedrooms which are calm and relaxing with high quality bedding. The bathrooms each have a bathtub and shower. There is one separate toilet.

Everything in the apartment has been renewed and was carefully decorated by an interior designer so that colors and the composition of the furniture are harmonious because we want to make your stay unforgettable.

Beyond this neighborhood, the apartment will allow you to access the nicest Parisian monuments in just a few minutes such as “Notre Dame”, the Musée du Louvre”, the “Saint Michel”square and its monumental fountain, the “Saint Sulpice” church or the “Gardens of Luxembourg”… At the end of the street, you will have the delightful chance to take a stroll on the banks of the Seine. You will also find a large variety of boutiques, restaurants and cafes to keep you busy and wanting more!

We loved the location and friendly neighborhood. Felt very safe and appreciated that the apartment had good lock/security system. Bed set up was not as requested and we lost power due to issue with the Dryer. But staff was fairly responsive to the issues.

Overall we really liked the apartment. Very functional and clean, and lots of space, which is hard to find in Paris! Location is amazing. The dishwasher may work, but I wasn\\\'t able to figure out how to turn it on!

First, we LOVED the location of the apartment and the space overall. There were a few things I would comment on for improvement: * perhaps more closet space -- especially in the master bedroom. the water heater takes up one side of the closet, so a bit tricky to store clothes for two adults. We used the fans which was great * a set of hand towels in the WC would be good -- we ended up using a kitchen tea towel *having an extra set of towels would be good. The staff was super nice and got back to us right away, and let us stay for a later check out which was very much appreciated. I would recommend this apartment to others!

Great location, easy walking to the Louvre, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon and Orsay. And right outside your door are almost unlimited options for excellent food, drink and shopping.Melissa, our host, was fantastic.
