Apartment Lagares III is a 2 bedroom apartment perfect for four guests. The apartment is 915 square feet and is located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator in the Castelo neighborhood. The apartment has a shared swimming pool and work out room and there is air conditioning throughout. There are several apartments in the same building so for larger groups it is possible to rent the other Lagares apartments to accommodate everyone.
Minimum of three nights required. Arrival any day of the week is possible.
You enter this spacious and elegant apartment with a balcony in Lisbon through a corridor that leads to two double bedrooms on the left and to the large living room and balcony on the right.
Decorated with great taste and originality, this spacious and elegant apartment with balcony in Lisbon is air-conditioned and is in a restored historical building with an outdoor swimming pool and sports hall. These are both shared with the other apartments in the building.
The two double rooms each have their own distinctive character, thanks to the geometric wallpaper that gives them a discreet Pop Art look. In each of the two bedrooms, the ceiling luminaire, a pear-shaped slatted bulb in the grey room, a drum-shaped luminaire with copper details in the orange room, is combined with a colourful painting to complete a simple decoration without overload but with a lot of personality.
The refined shower room, made of glass and marble, is located at the end of the corridor, to the left of the entrance, before the living room.
The large living room features a trendy, contemporary decoration in the same spirit as the bedrooms: a colourful look and geometric shapes, but without excess. The result is a friendly and welcoming space, where the three functions: living room, dining room, kitchen, are clearly distinguished, while respecting a fluid transition from one to the other.
In the living room area, the tangy colours match the refined white of the dining room and kitchen area. All the details, plexiglass chairs, suspended mobile luminaire, mirror framed in copper mesh, have been designed for a contemporary and sophisticated final effect.
From the living room, you can access the balcony, which overlooks the swimming pool and offers an incredible view of the city and the castle of São Jorge.
