Description

The holiday apartment, Apartment Giovanni can accommodate groups of up to 12 persons and is composed of 5 bedrooms, a spacious living room, 3 baths and a modern kitchen. A large terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs is the ideal ambience where to relax after long visits of the city. The area is residential and far from traffic noise, but well connected with public transportation. The bus stop is right in front of the building, while the metro stop Piramide is at a distance of 400 meters.

The apartment has a surface area of 200 square metres and is located in a residential area in the city centre. 
The kitchen is completely furnished with state-of-the-art utensils and kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer are all available to you.

On cold winter days the large living room with its comfortable sofas in front of the 40" LED TV with DVD player and Sky subscription is the ideal place to come together. The large dining table offers space for all 12 guests.

On warm summer days you can instead fully enjoy the large terrace of 100 square metres, furnished with a dining table and an outside sitting area, where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing in the city.
Other apartment features are air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine and a free wireless internet connection at your disposal.

The antique furniture has been maintained during renovation and redecoration and integrated with more modern furniture, together creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.

The whole process feom begining to end waa great, the pictures do not give the place justice. Super clean, super modern and the check in process was super smooth. Great location! Just cant say enough. Great place to stay, i wished i had stayed there longer.

Beautiful apartment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this modern apartment near Piramide and several restaurants. Being so close to 2 train stations provided access to all of Rome Vatican City. We would definitely recommend this apartment for large families.
