For those of you looking for a typically Haussmanian apartment in central Paris, Apartment Germain Elegance has everything you need and more. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment can accommodate groups up to 8 people. Guests will find all of the charms that they hoped for at Germain Elegance with wood floors, moldings, large windows, fire places and beautiful decorations and furniture. You and your family or friends will quickly feel at home at this Parisian apartment in the Saint Germain des-Pres neighborhood.

All of the places that everyone told you to see are just outside the doorstep. Don\'t wait any longer to enjoy the City of Lights!

Upon entering the apartment you will find yourself in a spacious entry way. Directly in front of you is a spacious and bright living room with beautiful furnishings. The fireplace and Fishbone wood flooring along with typical Haussmanian moldings will make you feel right at home. Off to the left of the living room is a sitting room with fireplace and library. To the right is a spacious dining area where all 8 guests can comfortably enjoy their meals. Off of the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen with all of the modern appliances that you need to make your stay perfect. There is also a table in the kitchen for informal meals or breakfast.

Going back to the front hall and to the left side of the apartment, you will find the 4 well appointed bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. The second bedroom also has access to the this bathroom which makes it perfect for a family of 4 to share. The third bedroom has two single beds which can be made up into a queen size bed upon request. There is a bathroom just across the hall from this bedroom. The fourth bedroom has an ensuite bedroom with convertible queen size bed. There is an extra and separate toilet to complete the apartment. (3 toilets total in the apartment).

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Apartment Germain Elegance. The apartment was extremely spacious and fully equipped, we didn’t want for anything. The location, in Saint Germain de Prés, further enhanced an already fabulous stay. We can’t wait to return!!

Ewa and Raymond were very helpful and easy to work with as we planned our trip. Raymond was helpful resolving the two issues we had with the transportation company. The apartment is beautiful and was very clean when we checked in. The food we requested stocked in the apartment was perfect and the Christmas tree was lovely. The apartment had everything we needed for a great week in Paris! The location could not be better.
