Apartment Etnea is a luxury penthouse apartment situated right in the heart of Catania's historic center. Located on the third and fourth floors of an older building with elevator, the apartment features large terraces offering fabulous views of Mount Etna, and Piazza Duomo with its Elephant’s fountain, symbol of the city. Its central location enables guests to easily walk to the shops on Via Etnea, the traditional fish market, the lively bars on the baroque Via Crociferi, as well as all the monuments, churches and tourist attractions of this city of art. Exquisitely finished and furnished, this apartment offers cozy and well-proportioned interiors, decorated with great attention to detail and equipped with all modern conveniences. The large entrance leads to a bright living room with sofa bed, to two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms; whilst on the upper floor are a kitchen and a guest bathroom. All rooms have access to the terraces. The apartment comes with internet Wi-Fi, iPod docking station, four TVs, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, and heating. The property is also an excellent base for visiting the Etna Park, the towns of Aci Trezza and Aci Castello, Taormina, and Syracuse.
MINIMUM STAY IS 4 NIGHTS.
Apartment Etnea is 200 sqm and consists of two floors and sleeps up to six guests (adults + children).
THIRD FLOOR: Entrance, living room with decorative fireplace and sofa bed, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite shower, another double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and furnished terrace.
FOURTH FLOOR: Large fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, mixer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine), a guest bathroom/laundry, furnished terrace.
Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, electricity (up to 200 kwh/week), weekly cleaning, towels/linens changed twice weekly, welcome basket, cot, Internet Wi-Fi

My daughters and I had a fantastic time in this luxury Penthouse Apartment Etnea. It was centrally located which made it very easy to go to various places. We loved being on the expansive terrace relaxing, drinking wine, taking photos, and enjoying the wonderful views of the Piazza Duomo and Mount Etna. The furnishings of this apartment made it glamorous and inviting. It was great having 2 levels and some available supplies to use upon arrival. My daughters and I are already planning our next trip back to Catania. Of course, we want to stay in this lovely apartment again. Having keys for all of the doors and elevator made us feel safe. Orazio was so very welcoming and took his time to introduce me to the apartment.

Oksana! Thank you for your amazing attentiveness! Such a warm welcome with really gorgeous local delicacies and wine! We loved the apartment and celebrated a very big birthday for my husband Roe. We were so happy enjoying the sun around the terrace, listening to the many singers and musicians in Noto, and, of course, the beautiful church bells! We had glorious weather all week. We cooked some lovely meals in the kitchen.

Dearest Oksana, Wow! What an incredible two weeks in Sicily!! We visited nearly the entire island, and always felt home when we returned to Aprtment Etnea! This apartment has the most spectacular views and is in a perfect location. We especially enjoyed the terrace and reading room.
