Apartment Eixample Grande is a large and spacious apartment (150m2), located in the Eixample neighborhood between Segrada Familia and the Passeig de Gracia shopping area. This 5 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 10 guests. Please note that the weekly price listed is for 10 guests, if you have fewer guests please let us know, the price will be less. Apartment Eixample can be rented for a minimum of 2 nights. The apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevator and has two private terraces for guests to enjoy. The entire apartment is air conditioned and you will have access to internet. Apartment Eixample Grande is the perfect home away from home for a large family or several families and friends traveling together.
ONE MONTH MINIMUM STAY FOR THIS APARTMENT
There is a nice living room with couches and a dining room for seating for up to 12 guests. There is also a fully equipped kitchen so guests will be able to cook when they don't feel like going out to the restaurant. There are 5 bedrooms, two of which are double beds. These bedrooms share two bathrooms which are located in the hallway. There is no need to go through the bedroom to get to a bathroom. One bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and the second bathroom has a bathtub, wall mounted shower and toilet. There are two private terraces where you can sit and enjoy the views over Barcelona.
Nearby services - There are small grocers at a very short distance, supermarkets nearby, and the neighborhood market just 200m away.
Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi.
Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:30 for occupancy. You can drop your bags and get your keys from 12:00 (noon). Check-out time is 11:30am. You can request reserved early check-in or late check-out for an extral fee, subject to availability. There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.
