The open and high-ceilinged living area has large windows spanning the height of this two level apartment decorated with a mix of African, Asian, and European décor, and an energizing color palette. On the main floor, you can enjoy the bright living room with leather sofa and large dining table, or you can climb the spiral staircase and relax in the mezzanine level sitting area where there is also a separate office overlooking the living room. The mezzanine sofa can be converted into a queen bed for additional sleeping space. Back on the first level, the separate country style kitchen is a colorful, fully-equipped space.
On the second floor, you will find your master bedroom with queen bed, charming traditional furniture and bookshelves, and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers a double bed and its own en suite with combination bathtub and shower. On the first floor, adjacent to the kitchen, you will find also find a convenient W.C.

This duplex rental is located in an intimate building with only a handful of neighbors, and the surrounding area features everything you could want from a Parisian neighborhood: a lively open-air market on the Boulevard de Grenelle (Wednesdays & Sundays), a Poilâne bakery just around the corner, and artisan cheese, wine, and produce shops on the Rue de Lourmel. You can walk towards many attractions or you can hop onto of many metros that will take you all across this beautiful city.
This apartment is a duplex and has a curved interior stairway. This may be a problem for small children or guests with limited mobility.
There is a loft space (with railing) overlooking the main living area. Children should not be left unattended.
