Apartment Echiquier is a freshly renovated sunny apartment in the 10th Arrondissement. Situated on a quiet street near the vibrant Faubourg St Denis area the apartment has been designed for a family or couples wanting an extraordinary space in the centre of Paris.

The space

The apartment has been recently renovated with love and care and attention to detail. Situated on the second floor there is no elevator but it\'s an easy walk-up as the first floor is only a half-storey (entresol). The apartment has a huge open plan living/dining/kitchen area which is perfect for cooking and eating food from the nearby food markets. The kitchen includes a professional 6-burner cooking range and a large array of cooking equipment. There are 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has large wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. The two other bedrooms have high ceilings and walk-in closets. There is a large guest bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a guest WC in the hall. There is a balcony overlooking the street that runs the length of the apartment that, when sunny, is the perfect spot for breakfast of a pre-dinner drink.

You will be personally greeted by the owner and shown around on arrival although a full set of house instructions are left in the apartment.

Other things to note

The owner also has a studio in the building so additional guests are possible (subject to availability).

Beautiful, spacious apartment with wonderful light and in a great location. Stayed with my husband and four children and we took advantage of the well stocked kitchen. Grocery stores, restaurants and metro all within easy walking distance. We will be back! July 2017

A great stay for our family! The apartment was just as described and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is gigantic by Paris standards and we loved having the extra space for our family to spread out. The neighborhood is great (excellent bakery, Candy Laurent, is a block away) and you are very close to Rue Montorgueil and several metro lines. All in all, a fantastic experience and a home to which we would certainly return. July 2017

An excellent stay in a beautiful and spacious flat. The location is incredible- a quiet street but around the corner from great shopping streets and several metro lines. Also walkable to Gare du Nord and central Parisian sites. The neighborhood is super diverse and interesting. Excellent eating options from Kurdish sandwich shop to Indian to very authentic Taiwanese all minutes away. Daniel was highly responsive and welcoming.
