Apartment Cinque Terre is located in a very beautiful building overlooking the little town of Levanto next to the Cinque Terre. Once an Excelsior old style grand hotel, it has recently been transformed into very nice condominiums. The Apartment Cinque Terre sleeps six guests with its three bedrooms, is spacious (130 square meters), and practical. Everything is well maintained; all of the rooms have been freshly painted and are decorated with modern touches and with comfortable furniture.
The property grounds are terraced with a large garden with typical Riviera vegetation such as palm trees, lemon trees and Buganvillea surrounding the building. At the back of the building, above the garden, guests can enjoy a lovely pool (one for adults and one for children) with a panoramic view.
The building has an elevator and the concierge lives on the property.
It is easy to walk into Levanto from the apartment. It is a ten-minute walk through steps and a footpath. In Levanto there are many shops to meet your needs. Francesco, a grocery shop close to the apartment, can deliver groceries right to you. Levanto also has a public and private beach where it is possible to rent sun chairs etc.
From Levanto you can rent a boat to explore the coast where there are connections to Cinque Terre, Portofino, and other major places on the Ligurian Coast.

La Vista has an entrance way leading into a comfortably furnished living room with satellite television and a compact disc player. The dining room opens onto the terrace where there is a table and chairs for outside dining and enjoying views of the surrounding area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer. The kitchen and dining room are adjoining.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. Finally the apartment has two full baths, one with a tub and the other a shower.
The pool is shared with other apartment owners and can be reached by elevator from the apartment. Next to the pool is another pool for children.
