Apartment Central is located in a palazzo near the Duomo. This elegant apartment is in the very heart of Florence and a moment away from the most important monuments. The Duomo Cathedral, one of the city’s most famous landmarks, is just 100 meters away. The romantic Ponte Vecchio (“old bridge”), designer shops, art galleries, and museums are all within one km. The building is located in the old city center of Florence, where all the major attractions are located. This area is no more than 1.5 km across: everything is within walking distance.

The apartment is on the fourth floor (56 steps, no elevator); it is approximately 70 sqm wide and consists of two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests.* There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

There is a three night minimum at Apartment Central.

*All prices listed are for 4 guests. For 5 or 6 guests, please add the following per person per week: Low Season: $210, Mid Season: $265, High Season: $320.

Apartment central has a spacious and well-decorated living/dining room. The sofa is a sofa bed and can sleep two additional people. There is also a TV in this room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances. Both of the bedrooms can be made up as two single beds or one king-size bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and hand-held shower. The floors are all wood or ceramic.

THE PRICE IS LISTED FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE OF US$ 275 PER PERSON PER WEEK.

If you are interested in a garage for your stay, please inquire as there is a public parking garage only 100 meters away.

This lovely apartment is located in a very central area in the best part of town, the perfect venue in which to explore Florence.

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. I cannot fully express the sensitive, gracious hospitality with which we were greeted, the comfort we felt in the apartment (and surrounding neighborhood), and the convenience of location, communication, everything! Would return again in a heartbeat (and didn\'t really want to leave!)

Amazing place!! You can see the duomo from the window of the living room. Place is big and has 2 very nice and comfortable bedrooms with a nice clean bathroom. There’s A/C so if you’re traveling during summer time it’s so helpful. The hosts were amazing! They even checked up during the middle of our trip to make sure everything is going well. Fast reply and easy communication. I would definitely stay again!
