Apartment Can Peix has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests. The apartment enjoys cooling breezes and superb views over the communal gardens and swimming pool to the sea. Minutes from town but with the assurance of peace and quiet after a busy night in town the modern apartment was built in 2003. Offering lots of space with the added benefits of an onsite (below the apartment block) health club/gym and close to a small convenience shop for essentials. There is a commuter "Hoppa" bus that runs close to the apartment block and means an easy 10 minute journey into town. With more space and views that you would not get in the center of town the apartment also has a balcony/terrace with dining for 6 overlooking the communal gardens and swimming pool.

Apartment Can Peix is located in a modern building with an elevator. The living room/dining area of the apartment has a sofa, chairs, TV, stereo/CD player, DVD player, and dining table that seats 6 people. Off of the lounge is a balcony/terrace with an outdoor table that also seats 6 people for outside dining and relaxing al fresco. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a utility area with washing machine. The first bedroom has a Queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with bath/shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Outside the building is a communal swimming pool and gardens. Maid service is every three days and includes a change of linens, towels, and basic cleaning.
