This district is also well-known for its many theaters. You will benefit from mythical places such as the Theater of the varieties, the Comic Opera or the Theater of the Gymnasium. Lastly, only 5 minutes walk, you will discover the famous district of Montorgueil with its village environment, shops, typical restaurants and animated bars.

Apartment Beauregard I will accommodate you after your long days of visiting Paris. In the comfortable living room, the owner has used many “Parisian Touches” in the decorations. The living room also has a dinner table. The well equipped American kitchen opens up onto the living/dining room. You will be able to thus benefit from your friends or your family by organizing some nice meal. If there are more than 4 guests, two guests can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

There are two calm and comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom with large Italian style shower. The toilet is located outside of the bathroom.

You will be seduced by this apartment and its very central location. The neighborhood is animated but you will find peace in the apartment.

We sincerely appreciated the early check-in, we had a pleasant stay - perfect location on a tucked away neighborhood street, plenty of room for two adults, and when we did have a wifi and tv connection issue late one evening, the team responded quickly and fixed the situation the next morning

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. We appreciated the modern yet typical Parisian design elements. Location was excellent with nearby restaurants, shops, CarreFour and metro stations. Personnel were also very responsive to our needs. However, we had difficulty with some of the equipment particularly heating system and washer (we couldn\\\\\\\'t get it to work despite having the manual). Generally though, it was still a good experience.
