You will definitely feel happy in Apartment Alegria! The owners have paid great attention to details and the apartment is full of beautiful materials, decorations and style! This two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is 1,270 square feet and is located on the 4th floor. There is not an elevator so this apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Apartment Alegria is located in the Avenida da Liberdad neighborhood where you will find everything you need to make your stay pleasant.
Upon entering Apartment Alegria, you will quickly see that this is an apartment with style! To the right is the very spacious living room with comfortable seating and large windows to allow for a lot of light. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed when there are more than 4 guests. There is a television, overhead projector, stero and DVD player in the living room. For your convenience, there is also a safe in the living room.
Off of the living room is the first bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a beautiful tub for soaking after a long day.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you will be able to enjoy going to the markets and buying the fresh foods that are readily available in the city. There is also a juicer, blender, toaster and Nespresso machine. This is an open plan kitchen with the dining room table just next to the kitchen.
The second bedroom is behind the kitchen and is a quiet and comfortable room. The second bathroom is not ensuite but is adjacent to this bedroom. Next to the shower room is a separate toilet.
Some of the other amenities that you will enjoy are hairdryers, iron, ironing board, AC, and towel heater.
