The villa design is a relaxed Hacienda with a focus on indoor /outdoor living with breathtaking views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Available as 4 or 5 Bedrooms, with 4 Bedrooms in the main, villa & 5th Bedroom one level below. Prices listed are for 5 Bedrooms.
Villa Palmera Alta is part of a 2 Villa walled complex, the 2 villas are designed to be completely private & self-contained, just sharing the common elevator to the lower level for Beach Access for Palmera Alta & access to the main entrance of Villa Palmera Baja.

“We had the pleasure of staying at Palmera Alta Villa recently. I cannot say enough about this experience. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious as well as beautifully designed. Each room had a lovely view which was spectacular. The villa was decorated with unique art which transformed us into the Mexican culture. The main floor was gorgeous, open to air and the view was simply stunning!! There is a wonderful pool with perfect water temp just off the dining area where we relaxed at night and watched the sunset. It was magical! Rene and Silvia, the on site staff, were attentive and friendly. They were present whenever needed and pampered us the entire week. Silvia is a fantastic cook with both authentic Mexican cuisine as well as American dishes which were delicious. Rene spoiled us every night preparing our favorite cocktails to enjoy in the pool. The entire week was luxurious and relaxing. We even walked the short 15 minutes to town to enjoy a night on the famous Malecon for dinner. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience! “ November 2019

Here 7 nights on busiest week of year and had flawless service. We had a house man, an active property manager/concierge, a cook, a cleaning person and a night watchman. A very well run house. We enjoyed some of the best cooking we have experienced in Mexico. An overview to help folks plan: Sleeping quarters. Basically 3 master bedrooms downstairs with an additional 2 bedroom apt down a separate set of stairs. The apartment would be an ideal setup for teens or family. Great beds. The main living area: a very open setup on main level with multiple sitting areas and plenty of sun and shade for everyone’s taste. Perched up high so you have a spectacular view of ocean, city and sunsets. North facing building reduces extra sun. The pool is on this level, is very well maintained and abuts the outdoor dining area, which is great. Includes an entire outdoor living room area as well. The view and location allowed us to watch whales breaching repeatedly. The beach: a walk down private stairway to gate for Amapas beach. Very mellow small beach with light tourist footprint. No big waves with lots of nice rock formations (saw a lot of snorkeling) and not as rocky as most PV beaches. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided by property. Location: just south of romantic quarter, a 10 min beach walk on a trail to the Malecon. You don’t need a car and only used taxi for airport. Location is a highlight. A shout out to the entire staff especially Rafael the bar man who kept the drinks coming. I recommend without reservation. November 2019

From the moment we walked in to Villa Palmera Alta we knew we had chosen the perfect place to spend 5 days. The house was better than we imagined with 180 degree views and so many places to sit, relax and enjoy. Our stay was greatly enhanced by the team on the ground who made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Olga prepared the best meals we had eaten in Puerto Vallarta! Jesus made sure that every one of our needs were met from the best Margaritas to day trip excursions to the perfect meal selections. The housekeeper and other staff were also great always working to make our stay one of the best trips in years. Thanks again. We certainly hope our travels will bring us back to Villa Palmera Alta and the great team. August 2019

Our stay here was truly phenomenal. Working with management prior to our trip was incredibly helpful and easy. Once arriving at the property, we were warmly greeted by Jesús. He is such an incredible guy. We all enjoyed our time with him, and he made it truly special for us. This property is in a beautiful location And a short, inexpensive Uber ride to the downtown area. We felt very very safe and comfortable here. I would go back in a heartbeat! August 2019
