The villa complex's layout is reminiscent of a tiny, old hamlet, complete with expansive views, charmingly framed corners, winding hallways and the sturdy feel of a building that offers security and strength. A well-kept garden of flowers and herbs surrounds the villa, blending in with the native flora that covers the surrounding area as it gradually expands towards the woods.
The house has the distinct personality of a "family home" because of its furnishings. The rooms feature a large fireplace, original "cotto" floors, ceiling beams, antique furniture, and contemporary design elements. With nine double bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a 22-inch Full HD TV, the villa can accommodate eighteen guests plus two (two of the bedrooms are triples, and seven of the remaining double beds can be made into singles as needed). Every bedroom has a shower-equipped bathroom. The entire house is connected to wifi. A dining area, a fully furnished kitchen, a lounge area with a fireplace, and a 46-inch Full HD TV are also included. A floor-by-floor adjustable heating and cooling system is installed throughout the entire building. The ground floor, mezzanine floor and ground floor make up the main villa. The annexe houses a health area featuring a sauna, and the villa is furnished with a wood oven. There's a lovely pool in the garden. A gazebo with an outdoor lounge and an outdoor table with chairs covered by a sail is located next to the pool. It's a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner outside—perhaps with a brick oven or BBQ.
