This farmhouse is located in the heart of the Val d’Arbia, 30 km South of Siena , about 3 kms from Buonconvento and 4 kms from the medieval village of Murlo. The old brick and stone Tuscan farmhouse dominates the wonderful valley and offers spectacular views of the countryside. The entire house has been restored recently and was divided into 3 independent apartments. One of them is occupied by the owners. Above the owners\' apartment there are 3 lovely double bedrooms each with private ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a common area shared by the people who occupy the bedrooms. In this room, the owners can serve a buffet breakfast upon request .
Each apartment has its own private entrance and its own private space outside furnished with table and chairs for dining out. In the most panoramic position of the large grounds lies the swimming pool (6 x 14m – h 1. 50m) which is open from April to October.
This is an excellent base to explore the region.
The owners can prepare typical Tuscan dinners on request. Wireless internet connection available.
Apartment Il Pinto: 60 square meters. On two floors. Ground floor with living/dining room with kitchen (stove and fridge), one bedroom with a large single bed, one bathroom with shower and washing machine. A narrow spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor with a double room. Satellite tv.
