Il Podere is a farmhouse perched on a hill with beautiful views of vineyards and olive groves in the heart of the Chianti region of Tuscany.
The original stone house has been divided into three apartments.
Restored and furnished in typical Tuscan style, each apartment has its own private outside area, ideal for dining \"al fresco\"
Guests share the beautiful swimming pool (6 X 12 m) that offers wonderful views. On a clear day the famous towers of San Gimignano are visible from the property.
The nearest village is Quercegrossa which is 3 kilometers away (it has small shops and a restaurant), and Siena is only 8 kilometers away.
Il Podere - La Cantina – sleeps 4 – 110 sqm – This apartment is on two floors. On the ground floor: living room, kitchen (stove, oven and fridge) with fireplace, one bathroom with shower. On the first floor: one double bedroom (queen size bed); one very spacious double bedroom (twin on request) and a bathroom with shower. Satellite TV.
