Il Podere is a farmhouse perched on a hill with beautiful views of vineyards and olive groves in the heart of the Chianti region of Tuscany.
The original stone house has been divided into three apartments.
Restored and furnished in typical Tuscan style, each apartment has its own private area outside, ideal for dining \"al fresco\"
Guests share the beautiful swimming pool (6 X 12 m) that offers wonderful views. On a clear day the famous towers of San Gimignano are visible from the property.
The nearest village is Quercegrossa which is 3 kilometres away (it has small shops and a restaurant), and Siena is only 8 kilometres away.
Il Podere - La Parina - sleeps 2 – 50 sqm – It’s on the ground floor and it consists of a living room with a kitchen(oven, stove and fridge/freezer), one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Satellite TV
A double sofa bed is available in the living room.
