The house is well furnished and has a cozy living/dining room with fire place, an equipped kitchen corner (oven, stove,fridge with freezer, American coffee maker), TV (no satellite), a double room with a queen size bed; a shower bathroom.
Outside is a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining out. BBQ available. As of 2019, there is AC in the living room and bedroom.

The quaint little town of Monticiano is reachable on foot via a track through the countryside. The village has 2 restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bar and a public swimming pool. The public swimming pool is walking distance from the house.
