Villa Terme lives up to its name as there are breathtaking views of the rolling hills of Volterra and the Florentine countryside in all directions. A perfect place to relax and appreciate the beauty of the Tuscan landscape, the villa is part of an estate. This independent, newly restored farmhouse can be reached by a lovely unpaved road (600meters).
This two story Italian villa can comfortably sleep 8 or 9 guests.

This two-floor villa consists of a spacious kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer , microwave oven, American coffee maker, kettle, squeezer and toaster); one double bedroom with ensuite shower bathroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a very spacious living room with a fireplace, satellite tv and DVD player, two twin bedrooms; one double bedroom; two bathrooms (one with shower, one with tub).

There is a laundry room and an outdoor traditional pizza oven as well. Enjoy beautiful views next to the pool furnished with deck chairs and sun umbrella.
