Description

Valdarno is a group of newly renovated and well furnished apartments on a large estate in the center of Tuscany. The beautiful stone buildings date back to as early as 1250 when they were part of a fortified hamlet occupied by agricultural workers and led by the famous Serristori who was encharged with the running of vineyards and olive orchards that belonged to the Diocesi of Badia Agnano. The complete renovation was recently done, and now each apartment has a private entrance, a beautiful view of surrounding countryside, and courtyard terrace for dining al fresco. The pool is situated in the center of the small hamlet for everyone's enjoyment, and there is a spacious well equipped indoor kitchen/pool house with barbecue and lots of outdoor furniture and terrace adjoining.

It consists of 6 apartments, each with private space outside equipped with table and chairs for dining out. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board at the guest’s disposal. Barbecue. Each apartment has got  satellite tv

The swimming pool is on two levels (12 x 6 m – prof. 1.20 – 2.50).

Sleeps 4 + 2 – sqm   60.  On two floors. Independent stone house with spacious covered terrace furnished with table and chairs . Large living room, kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooker) and toilet. First floor with double room, twin bedded room (with bunk beds), one bathroom with bath tub.

Double sofa bed available in the living-room.

Super complex in lovely surroundings!

The unit was great with a fine view and excellent spaces. We had all we needed. There was a small store nearby with an excellent restaurant open for Capuccino in the mornings and dinner at night. We would recommend this facility!
