The living room and dining room are gracefully furnished, include a fireplace, and open onto the garden terrace where dining al fresco is welcomed by terrace furniture. Overlooking the swimming pool there is a covered portico and an old wood oven.

Dining al fresco on the garden table and chairs is an appealing option. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a small storeroom. There is a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower on this floor. 3 queen bedrooms are on the first floor and include 2 with ensuite full bathrooms and 1 with it\'s own private access to a covered terrace and stairs to the garden. The fourth bedroom is on the this floor and has 2 twin beds. There is third full bathroom with shower on this floor.
