Situated in a quiet residential area, it is just a few minutes’ drive away from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Marausa Lido. Surrounded by a lovely garden with lawn, ornamental and aromatic plants, Villa Marausa offers a large saltwater infinity pool (chlorine-free) together with a Turkish bath, a fitness area and a bathroom with shower, a veranda equipped with a dining area and an external kitchen (cooking corner, oven, fridge, dishwasher and bbq). The villa is 200m2, the terrace 200m2 and the garden is 2,000 m2.

Consisting of a main building and two annexes, the villa boasts large, comfortable rooms furnished in a refined contemporary style equipped with all modern conveniences, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, wireless home sound system and washing machine. The main house includes the living area, consisting of a lounge, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a guest bathroom, and three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and one of which has a king size bed.

The two annexes house the fourth and fifth bedroom, both with en-suite bathroom and king size bed.

Villa Marausa is also an excellent base for all nature and sports lovers, who can enjoy trekking, birdwatching and follow the biking trails of the close Salt Pans nature reserve, but also can visit the Salt Museum, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi islands (connections from Trapani and Marsala), the Zingaro nature reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

This domain and this house are exceptionally beautiful. The swimming pool is exquisite and the outside kitchen is a real treat! We had a wonderful time in and around the house and on our many trips to cities and sights in the neighborhood (all < 45 minutes by car). This villa is a paradise! I arrived with the stress of work and came home completely relaxed. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Without doubt the most beautiful house we have ever rented in Sicily.
