This Small private theater that was recently turned into a fabulous apartment to sleep 6-7, located within the structure of a B&B on a quiet side street and yet in the heart of Florence...5-15 min walking distance to many of the sights.
It features a living room and dining area with ample seating in front of a gorgeous fireplace. A galley kitchen with an original Venitian sink, stove & microwave, fridge...the works. A bedroom located on the once stage area and 2 full bathrooms, combined with the Terrace suite on the 2nd floor with two additional bedrooms & 2 additional bathrooms, making it a stunning city apartment of almost 1100 sqft located in the center of Florence with access to a roof terrace. The apartment sleeps 6-7 in total in beds. A couple of comfy couches make the space homey and bistro-style tables & chairs create a versatile dining area or can serve to play games or do crafts. Whatever the heart desires.
The large space has 2 skylights and other windows for fabulous lighting and in the evening beautiful sconces and chandeliers create a wonderful ambiance. Just perfect for a larger family, group, club or anyone wanting to share this incredible space located inside of an 18th-century theater with lots of features of the Renaissance that make Florence such a desired destination. The private entrance away from the street noise across the patio level of several romantic suites make it truly a special place. The layout can be either 2 King size beds and two twins OR one King and four twin beds instead. The before mentioned roof terrace is accessed through the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor above with seating for 8-9.
