From the elegant entrance hall with painted ceiling, you climb a dozen steps in a typical ancient Florentine Serena stone leading to the large and beautiful living room where the ceiling, sometimes in old terracotta tiles, framed by welcoming and distinctive living, the mix between authentic antique furniture and designer furniture characterize the unique environment in the heart of medieval Florence, the two lovely apartment complete the romantic and spacious bedrooms decorated with antique headboards and bedspreads in fine silk (there is the possibility to have an extra single bed in the double bedroom spacious 30 square meters). Mariolina was there to greet us, after our transportation from the airport got denied, because of a marathon taking place at that time. She was very sweet and helpful.The room was just as it appears in the pictures.(except there are newer sofas in the living room) The rooms were large and comfortable, with so much character. The location is just behind the Bargello museum, which seemed to be a pleasant walk to everything we wanted to see in Florence. It was a great introduction to our tour of Italy!

This apartment was the absolute perfect place for a month long base in Florence. We loved every moment we spent there. The apartment has so much decorative charm, warmth and comfort. We were close to everything - Ufizzi, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, the train station, shopping, EXCELLENT restaurants (even a Diner for when you need to get a burger fix!), basically anything you would need to enjoy a long stay. A highlight in all of this was the property manager - from the moment we first booked through the whole stay she was there for us. She is a very caring person and wanted us to have a wonderful holiday in \\"our Firenze apartmente\\". We will certainly stay in touch with her! This was a truly amazing experience and we were very sad to leave! We highly recommend this apartment and fully intend to return! Grazie & Ciao!!

I throughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment set in a medival building and hope to someday return. The apartment is located in a perfect area, close to the Ufizzi Museum, Bargello Museum, Pointe Vecchio, Santa Croce Church, Duomo and a pleasant walking distance to all other sites. There is a wonderful cafe for your morning coffee and pastry and your afternoon gellato just a half a block away. Got to be friends with the people who operated the cafe. There is a super market close by in case you want to fix a meal or two at home in the well stocked kitchen or great restaurants a block or two away. The apartment manager was delightful to work with and by the end of my stay considered her a friend. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Fantastic location, being close to the Uffizi but also close to a more local experience around Santa Croce. After a day of culture & museums it was nice to come back to a terrace like apartment to relfect on the days adventures. With many good local eateries & wine bars it is hard to choose where to have your nights out. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, with design appeal of barrel vault ceilings, antique furniture & modern fittings. The personal space provided by the apartment is appreciated after days of battling with the tourists in the streets & museums of Florence.
