First floor:
Panoramic queen bedroom with bathroom en suite.
Queen bedroom with direct access to the stairs that lead to the
swimming pool, en-suite half-bathroom (no shower). Access to the first floor via an elevator or via an exterior staircase.
Both bedrooms have air-conditioning; the bathrooms are provided with hairdryers
LIVING SPACES:
Ground floor: the open-concept living room with fireplace and large TV features also a fully equipped kitchen. The white furniture blended with dark rich wood and typical local decorative tiles create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A full bathroom with shower completes this floor.
OUTSIDE FEATURES:
The manicured garden and the swimming pool deck are above the
villa and reachable via a set of stone steps. The lawn features a beautiful open-air living area, complete with dining table and chairs, and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining and preparing meals for alfresco eating. High-end outdoor furniture and lounges next to the swimming pool offer views across the breathtaking coast.

SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS:
From the street, there are 60 easy steps to reach the villa. The center of the town of Praiano walking distance and has stores and restaurants. Positano and Amalfi are about 10 kilometers away.

NOT INCLUDED/EXTRA, ON REQUEST, TO BE PAID LOCALLY:
• Extra housekeeping at €25 per hour
• Cook services available: 400€ chef + service+ clening. cost of the food extra (max 5h service)
• Weekly breakfast service: 100€ x day Italian style (milk, coffee, bred, croissants, jam, juice, nutella, butter, cereals). 150€ x day American (Italian + ham, cheese, yogurts, eggs, bacon) from 8 to 10AM
• Cooking package: 3000€ per week for breakfast (food included) + lunch or dinner (cost of food is extra)
• Grocery service: €50 plus cost of groceries
