The Villa offers a wide panoramic terrace where you can read a good book with the birds singing in the background. The panoramic pool with Solarium is sure to be your favorite place. A new addition to the villa is it's newly built Tennis Court.
A part of the terrace offers shade with a table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine and admire the splendid sunset.

Villa is laid out on three levels.
GROUND FLOOR
Completely independent to be reached by 24 stairs. Equipped with a nice lounge and dining room, small kitchen area, 1 main bedroom and the biggest bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Outside terrace overlooking the sea with a sitting area. Possibility of an extra double sofa bed.
FIRST FLOOR
17 stairs connects you from the ground to the first floor where you find an amazing dining room with a big terrace facing the bay. A nice well equipped kitchen that provides everything you need.
Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Small bathroom with small shower
From the kitchen, it is possible to access the garden area where you can find the barbeque
SECOND FLOOR
15 stairs connect you to the second floor (sleeping area) where you can find 3 bedrooms.
Two matrimonial bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom furnished with a French Bed. Bathroom with shower is reached via the corridor. The main room has a private terrace with an amazing view of the Galli Island.
All bedrooms and lounge equipped with satellite TV and sky service.
