Description
Villa Nuvola is situated in a charming village called Pontone, not far from the center of Ravello (about 2 Km). The villa is reached through a path of 170 small stairs but once there you are greeted with a spectacular view of the sea and coastline, including the well-known towns of Amalfi and Atrani.
This Mediterranean style home has been completely refurbished and equipped with all modern conveniences. Outside, the villa is surrounded by lemon trees and other Mediterranean fauna. The pool area and terrace are equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. Next to the villa are the dramatic, ancient remains of the church of Saint Eustachio, dating back to the 12th century. The remaining walls stand in stark contrast to the flowing beauty of the rolling hills.
The property can accomodate up to 16 guests. The villa plus the two apartments is a perfect choice for families vacationing together or for a large, family reunion. With the 170 steps in mind, the owners have arranged for a donkey service for luggage at the guest’s disposal; this service can be used between 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

On the ground floor of the main Villa there is a large terrace and a swimming pool . From here you enter the house into a large living room with separate open kitchen which has a washing machine and dishwasher. There is a TV. There is also one toilet on this floor.
On the first level there are three bedrooms (one twin bedroom with mountain view and the ensuite bathroom , one room with a Queen size bed and 1 single bed with sea view and ensuite bathroom, and one bedroom with q Queen size bed, sea view and ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
There are also two more smaller apartments within the same building: First, the apartment named La Rondine can accommodate 5 people and is situated on the ground floor with a living room with double fold out sofa bed, and a balcony with sea view. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with Queen size bed and one single bedroom under a sloping ceiling, and a shared bathroom.
The apartment named Garden can accommodate 2+2 people and is composed of a living room (where there is a sofa bed for 2 people), a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a Queen size bed.
