Villa Filizi is an exclusive, spacious new residence offering privacy and sumptuous furnishings. Built in a traditional Cycladic style with local white stone, the villa is located in the seaside community of Filizi, which overlooks the most famous beach of Paros; Santa Maria. Just across the sparkling waters of the Aegean sea is the beautiful island of Naxos. The villa is also not far from the cosmopolitan and well-known destination of Naoussa. This stunning 225 square meter (2420 sq. feet) beach hideaway is bordered by native plants and colorful flowers, enhancing the atmosphere of romance, intimacy, and relaxation. Enjoy leisurely days and glorious sunsets by the pool with a good book and a refreshing Greek beverage.
Villa Filizi consists of three levels, with four double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of which are ensuite). On the lower level (where the pool is situated), there is an open-plan style kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace, and a nicely furnished lounge with a country motif. A separate bathroom with shower is located on this level as well. This bathroom is shared by two comfortable double bedrooms, both furnished with king-size beds.
The next level up (ground floor) features a full master bedroom with air conditioning, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom (with shower) accented with granite and a crystal door. Next to the bedroom is a small living room with a traditional sofa bed (lounge style) and two minimalistic, light brown armchairs.
On the upper floor is the fourth master bedroom with AC, an ensuite bathroom (shower), and stunning views from its veranda.
Included in the rental price: Daily maid service, linens and towels changes every two days, parking for two cars, baby cot (upon request)

Naoussa is the pearl of Paros and the most picturesque place on the whole of the Cyclades, with traditional, whitewashed houses and many marvelous little taverns and restaurants from which to choose. This unique place is located in a picturesque bay in the northern part of Paros, 10 km east from the capital, Parikia. Naoussa is the second largest town in Paros, and has gained a following with the jet set. Naoussa is also famous for its numerous beautiful golden beaches, including Agios Ioannis (Monastiri), Kolimbithres Beach (with huge lava rocks in different shapes), Laggeri, Agioi Anargyroi, Santa Maria, Ambelas, and many more.
