Repurposed in to a charming beach house, this one-bedroom casa sits stoically on a pebble beach just 30 meters from the sea, in a beautiful bay surrounded by pristine landscapes. The traditional village of Livadia is two km away, where guests can buy local fish and vegetables and dine in a handful of charming tavernas. INTERIOR: The home has one double bedroom (with king bed), two bathrooms, two fully-equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor), and a comfortable seating lounge.

The star gazing rooftop was remodeled and surely adds another enjoyment element to the casa. Furnished with colorful pillows, decorative elements, comfortable lounges, table and chairs, and a barbecue, the outdoor spaces invite guests to spend hours relaxing, reading, and sunbathing.
