Nestled in the foothills of the Luberon Mountain range is this converted farm complete with wind mill. A small winding road bordered by a low stone wall and lined by ancient oaks and groves of olive trees leads you into the property. Rounding the final bend one is met with a sweeping view of the countryside, the villages of Gordes and Menerbes, the harmonious layout of the terraced crops, the old stone farmhouses, the groves of oak and fig, and the hillsides planted in vineyards. The farm buildings have been transformed into guest homes and restored to their original authenticity. The tenant farmer\'s home, with its wine vats, the haylofts, the original farmhouse itself, and of course the mill are the perfect places to relax and find the time to take life easy.For large groups, the Silk house can be rented together with La Truffe, The Windmill, l\'Oppedine and La Tranquille.
This is where silk used to be made. This is the oldest building on the estate. The stairs leading to it are made from Oppede stone. Thick rustic whitewashed walls, doors high up in the walls leading to the old attics.
