Apartment Saint Vincent is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, right next to the 9th arrondissement. The apartment is located on the 5th American floor of a Haussmanian building. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment is 85m2 and is perfect for two couples or a family traveling with their children.
The entire apartment was renovated in 2017.

All conveniences (shops, cafes, restaurants etc...) are within 5 minutes walk.

Excellent location with easy access to all Paris sites in a few minutes with public transportation or on foot:

TRAINS: RER B or D at Gare du Nord - 5 minutes walk
METRO: Line 5, 4, 2 and 7 - within 5-10 minutes walk

Upon entering Apartment Saint Vincent, there is an entry area with closet and a WC. Entering into the door to the right you will find yourself in the living room/ dining room with an open plan kitchen. The room is spacious and bright with three large floor to ceiling doors that lead out to the balcony area.

There is an ornamental fireplace in the living area and the kitchen is fully equipped. Near the dining area is a door which leads back out to the hallway. To the right, there is a full bathroom with bathtub and wall mounted shower. You will also find the washer and dryer in this bathroom.

Back in the hallway and down the second hallway, you will find the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet. The room is small but the bed is cozy and there is room for your luggage.

The second bedroom has a king size bed or two twin beds upon request. There is plenty of closet space. Both bedrooms look out onto the inner courtyard which is a haven of peace in the center of Paris! Between these two bedrooms is the second shower room with Italian shower and wash basin.

I just wanted to thank you for sticking with us on this reservation over the last 2 years of uncertainty during COVID.  It must have been meant to happen the way it was because we ended up celebrating our 50th birthdays together in Paris so it was very special and memorable.  It couldn't have been more perfect weather and the apartment was wonderful.  I think the Montmartre district was one of our favorite and we were so close!  

Marie Laetitia was so helpful and even reserved our car to CDG on the way out.  

I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for an apartment!!

We had a fabulous stay in Paris. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. The lift was a welcome bonus as I had unexpected mobility issues. Marie the property manager welcomed us and showed us throughout the apartment. She was very helpful and willing to assist as required. The location was great - access to public transport; supermarkets and lots of great bistros were within very easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this property. Many thanks.

So happy to discover this neighborhood of Paris! It is so central and we could wake up and walk up to Montmartre and have our coffee as we looked out over the city. Rue des Martyres is only 10 minutes away with such lovely boutiques. We were so happy to welcome our family from Thailand in the apartment. We will definitely think about renting your apartment again when we come back to Paris!

Work brought my wife and I to Paris for 2 months and we loved our stay at the apartment. I had to take the RER B to get to work so it couldn't have been easier for us to get around. There are so many interesting neighborhoods around the apartment and we had fun exploring them along with the neighborhoods that we have been enjoying for years.
The apartment feels very Parisian and we loved the kitchen, dining room and living room area which is where we spent most of our time. A perfect home away from home.

So happy to have a balcony! We spent so much time looking out and watching the people come and go. We felt like  true Parisians! We had a family reunion in Paris and much of my family lives in nearby neighborhoods so staying at your apartment was so practical for us. The neighborhood has so many shops and we could find everything we needed within a 5minute walk. We will be back!

This was the perfect apartment for my daughter and I. We were so central and with the train and metro station just next to the apartment it was so easy to get anywhere we needed to go even though we walked most places. Marie the apartment manager is amazing! My daughter had no luggage upon arrival and Marie helped us find an open store for incidentals and clothes! The apartment windows are a dream. Breakfast & coffee on the balcony was a prayer answered. The hardwood floors have just enough creaks and squeaks to speak to the history of the building. This place is a gem. Walk out front and jump in a cab it’s all right there. Thank you so much…..
