The two sides are harmoniously joined together by the private outdoor garden atrium. Natural light bathes the ground floor through this private courtyard, and sunlight showers the lush, vertical green garden creating an enchanting ambiance and space.
The kitchen/living/dining area is sleek and modern and the walls have been brought back to the original exposed limestone and brick. These gorgeous walls coupled with the oiled oak floors and the modern kitchen, create a unique and stylish ambiance. That said, the main level of the flat is fully wheelchair accessible.

Le Jardin de Marais is located in Le Haut Marais neighborhood, a trendy area called Quartier de Bretagne in Paris’ 3rd arrondissement. From swampy to swanky, the Marais has a fascinating history. Like an aging pop star, the quartier has remade itself many times, and today retains several identities. It’s the city\'s epicenter of cool with hip boutiques, art galleries, open-air markets (Le Marché des Enfants Rouges is 3 minutes away), fabulous restaurants and cafés (Café Charlot & Mary Celeste are 2 minutes away) and wine bars! It also provides a wide variety of top quality national and international produce, bakeries, cheese shops, wine shops, fruits & vegetables, butcher... anything you may need!
