For discerning clients seeking privacy and luxury in a quiet setting the villa located in Vilanova i la Geltrú is only 15 minutes from Sitges, and with excellent road links to Barcelona. Villa Fantastico Estate can provide the ultimate setting for a family re-union, Holiday, or a corporate event or workshop environment with complete privacy. It is also used for TV shoots and film locations. The villa and grounds have recently been used for a reality television show as an up-market hotel.
The Estate can accommodate up to 50 people in three separate buildings located close by on the same large grounds as follows:
THE MAIN VILLA:
Originally the ancestral home of Spanish aristocracy Villa Fantastico has 3 floors of living space. There are several comfortable lounges (most equipped with TV, DVD player, ADSL Broadband Internet, and Stereo), a game room with a pool table, a library, music room, a unique chapel, dining room, kitchen, and 9 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus an additional separate communal bathroom. Aside from the large indoor dining room there are several outdoor dining areas on terraces, balconies, or poolside. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences such as refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and even bottled water. The 9 bedrooms all have Queen size beds, TV\'s and stereo, and en suite bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have Jacuzzi baths, balcony/terraces, or sitting areas. There is also an elevator, air-conditioning, and a washing machine for your use. Please note that the ground floor queen bedroom now has a bedroom with wheel chair access.
THE COTTAGE:
Next to the main villa is a cottage which has 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a kitchen, and lounge.
THE HACIENDA:
Completely renovated recently, the hacienda has 9 bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.
HALL FOR EVENTS:
Located next to the main villa there is also a hall for up to 250 people. It can be rented for an additional cost to host a special event. Please inquire about price.
Included in the price is the cleaning of the house before your arrival and after your departure, daily maid service of 4 hours, the services of a grounds man to attend to the pool and gardens, bathrobes and slippers for all guests, bed linen, bathroom and pool towels. During your stay you have
private use of all facilities including a full size tennis court, a swimming pool, a chill-out pergola by the pool, a table tennis table and a pool table in the games room. The 2 hectares of gardens is surrounded by high walls so you have complete privacy.
