Seattle house is a large and lovely family home nestled in the forested greenbelt of a popular local park. The ideal location on a cul-de-sac gives this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath executive residence quiet and serenity, yet it's only a 15 minute drive to the city center. Hardwood floors, ceramic tile, a marvelous curved ceiling in the living room, and a large kitchen with island make this a supurb home-away-from-home. Outdoors the professional landscape offers decks, balconies, and expanses of lawn and garden to blend with the forested edge of Carkeek Park. From the neighborhood there is a local trail to the park and beaches of Puget Sound.

Seattle house is a spacious family home that comfortably sleeps 6. The entrance is grand and wide, welcoming you through double doors into an open entry. Straight ahead is a very unique and large living room with a stone fireplace, curved wooden ceiling, and floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and well furnished with an island, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and various other small appliances. Here you find a floor of beautiful Italian tile. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, with a passthrough for serving. On the other side of the kitchen is a family room with TV, VCR, skylights, a sliding glass door into the yard, and a powder room with sink and toilet. The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bathroom with shower and a glass door to the balcony. One single bedroom is on this floor. The main bathroom has a tub with shower. Downstairs you find another queen bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and deep sink, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed. Be aware that a small business office operates out of a basement annex. Hours of operation are from 7 am to 4 pm weekdays only.
