Serenità is a splendid villa consisting of two newly-built, independent apartments with a beautiful shared swimming pool and sun terrace. Situated near Noto, a charming town known as "the capital of Sicilian baroque", this lovely property is surrounded by greenery, and includes a private terrace offering relaxing views over the surrounding countryside.

The practical location of Serenità is ideal for exploring the charming surrounding area. The beaches of the Vendicari nature reserve, the fishing village of Marzamemi and the towns of Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa are all a few kilometers away.

Casa Nesoi is on the first floor, while Casa Ourea occupies the ground floor. Modern and comfortable, both apartments can accommodate up to five people and include a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave), living room with sofa bed and direct terrace access, two well-appointed cozy bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower. Furnished with taste to provide maximum comfort, they are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, and shared washing machine.

Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, water/gas, electricity up to 140 kwh/week, weekly linen & towel change, baby cot/high chair (upon request), weekly tidying up, pool towels, welcome basket

Available upon request at additional cost: Transfers, dry cleaning, extra maid service
