Description

Villa Juno is a beautiful, newly-built home situated not far from the multifaceted town of Trapani. Set in a quiet, sunny position, the property enjoys wonderful views over a nearby small lake, and the surrounding gentle hills. The villa boasts spacious equipped terraces, a well-kept garden, and a lovely swimming pool. Villa Juno is located near the charming town of Paceco (with shops, banks, restaurants and cafes), and provides a very good base for exploring the amazing province of Trapani: from the close saltpans to the Zingaro nature reserve, from the medieval village of Erice to the temple of Segesta, from San Vito lo Capo to Marsala, from the isle of Mothia to the Egadi islands.

Villa Juno features large, comfortable rooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor are a large living room with fireplace and piano, a dining area seating six guests, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher), a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a half bathroom. The first floor has sloping ceilings and includes two further bedrooms (a double and two twins) with a shared bathroom. Tastefully furnished, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, 2 televisions, washing machine and dishwasher.

Included in the rental price: Water, gas, electricity (up to 300 kwh/week), Wi-Fi, weekly change of linen and towels, final cleaning, pool towels, baby cot/high chair (on request), welcome basket
