This charming villa is located by the sea in Santa Tecla, a quaint village on the east coast of Sicily, just a few kilometers away from Acireale. Casa Luce del Sole enjoys a splendid seafront position and boasts an equipped terrace, a garden with a Jacuzzi, and a private access to the rocks and sea. This property is also a great base for visiting some of Sicily’s most beautiful places such as Acireale, the Cyclops Riviera, Mount Etna, the Alcantara Gorges, Taormina, Catania, and Syracuse.

Spread over two floors, the cozy interiors are furnished with taste and are equipped with air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and an external shower. On the ground floor the living area includes a comfortable sitting room opening onto the dining room (with seating for six), a well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker), a bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. Upstairs (with sloping ceilings) is a second double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.

Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, water/gas, electricity up to 200 kwh/week, weekly tidying up, weekly linen/towel change, baby cot & high chair (upon request), pool towels, welcome basket

Available upon request at additional cost: Cook (100 Euro + receipt), extra maid service, shopping list (30 Euro + receipt), car/boat/bike rental, guided tours, transfers, beauty treatments, personal shopper, linen change (10 Euro/pp)
