Villa Bianco is a modern villa with swimming pool situated just a few hundred meters from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Cornino, a small fishing village halfway between San Vito Lo Capo and Trapani. This newly built villa, designed with classic straight lines and essential shapes, enjoys lovely views of Mount Cofano and the sea. The house is on one level and is framed by a delightful garden with a splendid pool and two large, well-equipped terraces (dining area, outdoor kitchen, barbecue). Furnished with taste and elegant simplicity, it includes two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room and a kitchen and comes with internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning and washing machine. This lovely villa provides a great base for visiting the natural and man-made delights of the surrounding area such as Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadis, the Zingaro nature reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mothia and Selinunte.

Ground Floor: living room with sofa bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven, toaster), one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/shower, and one double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

Terrace, dining area, external kitchen, barbecue, garden, swimming pool (open April 1 - October 31), solarium.

Included in the rental price: Gas, electricity (up to 200 kwh/week), final cleaning, weekly linen/towel change, weekly tidying-up, parking, Wi-Fi, , 3 mosquito nets, welcome basket
