Description

This modern residence apartment is located in the Prati neighborhood, one of Rome's most elegant areas. Here you will find large mansions, public offices and private businesses. Only a ten minute walk from the historic center, Piazza del Popolo, it's well connected by public transportation with all the districts of Rome. This accommodation includes 39 studio and one bedroom apartments, all either facing the beautiful interior courtyard gardens, or the quiet street. Please note: the below pictures are a sample of the styles of the apartments.

A nicely appointed bathroom has tub and hairdryer. Each suite includes daily maid service, a weekly linen change, and satellite TV. 24 hour concierge service is provided. The apartments are airconditioned. Attractive entrance and well maintained building with elevator. Each suite has a balcony.

This spacious studio apartment has modern furnishings with clean lines and bold colors. The main living area has a table for 4 and a sofa bed. The bedroom is open to the living room on a raised platform and you have your choice of two twin beds or a queen. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a curtain. There is a kitchenette located in a closet area off the entry way, perfect for simple meals and snacks.
