Located on the 5th floor of a XIXth Century building, this charming duplex is situated in the heart of the district of Le Marais, a historical and preserved neighborhood of Paris on Rue Chapon. Le Marais is one of Paris’ oldest neighborhoods boasting museums, art galleries, trendy boutiques, lively bars, and regional restaurants. The apartment is about 85 square meters.

Apartment Marais sleeps up to six guests in two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. Decorated with simplicity, shades of white and brown dominate this modern abode. The living room features two comfortable sofas, an elegant dining table, a flat screen TV, and a DVD/CD player. The small kitchen is nicely equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The attic, where the two double bedrooms are located, has exposed beams and a rustic atmosphere of a French countryside home. The bathroom (with shower) is located on the upper floor. There are two toilets, one on each floor, in a separate room as is customary in France.

The decorations, natural light, and the charming attic rooms make this apartment a warm and comfortable place to temporarily call your home. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING, THIS APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE TO PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS WALKING.
