Villa Beauregard is an elegant villa situated just 5 minutes’ drive from the center of St Tropez, in quartier “Valfère”. This property provides a haven of peace for those who wish to enjoy relaxing days in the sun in delightful surroundings whilst being at the same time just a stone’s throw from the glamour and excitement of St Tropez. The villa can accommodate up to 13 guests in 6 bedrooms. Beautiful terraces are situated on each side of the house, boasting vineyards, a profusion of flower beds and a fountain, offering the perfect opportunity for al fresco dining beneath the pergola or relaxing. The pool, securely fenced and complete with sun loungers and gazebo, ensures the perfect holiday for families with young children. The accommodation consists of the main house with four bedrooms and two independent studios. The lounge is cool and airy with whitewashed walls, tommette flooring and stylish sofas with soft cushions. Candles, paintings and lamps give the property a homely feel. Pretty bedrooms with French windows and soft lighting are bright and inviting in a mixture of colors – cream, lavender and floral. Tasteful bath and shower rooms complement the bedrooms and offer ceramic washbasins, as well as attractive tiling and heated towel rails.

Main House / Ground Floor
Lounge with sofas, armchairs, fireplace, TV with satellite, glass coffee tables, black wall unit, and French windows opening onto terraces. The lounge leads through to a fully equipped kitchen, contemporary yet homely, with long table and benches, also with French windows opening onto terrace. On the opposite side, a corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, all with French windows opening onto the terrace. There are 2 double bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment, 2 basins and toilet; the other with a 180 cm bed (can be made up as twins) and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and toilet. The third bedroom with a separate shower room and separate toilet is ideal for young children, consisting of bunk beds and an extra single bed.
Main House / First Floor
On this level is located the Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet, together with its very own private terrace offering glorious views over the vines, terrace and pool area.
Studio 1
Double bed (160 cm), en-suite shower room and toilet.
Studio 2
This room, offering a double bed with en-suite shower room and toilet is suitable for teenagers or staff as it is located below the terrace and away from the house (please note there is no air conditioning). A separate laundry facility is located next to this studio.
