Villa Anne

This most charming traditional villa is located very close to the adorable Chapelle Ste Anne in St Tropez, built in the early XVII century. Guests will enjoy beautiful sea views from the terraces and from the villa. Guests can walk down to the Place des Lices in 10 minutes. This is a particularly quiet and peaceful property, with trees and a garden full of flowering plants and mature Mediterranean trees. There is a 12 x 5 m pool surrounded by a sun terrace, pool house and a private tennis court.

The interiors are decorated and furnished in typical Provençal style, with terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings and antique furniture. The accommodation consists of four bedrooms in the main house and separate staff accommodation with twin beds, shower and toilet.
Lower Floor
There are two bedrooms (210 cm beds) with air-conditioning. One bedroom has en suite shower and the other has a bath tub and shower attachment. A guest toilet is shared by these two bedrooms on this floor.
Ground floor
A bright entrance hall leads to a grand living room with fireplace, large white sofas and French windows opening onto the terrace and views of the sea. There is a separate dining room. The kitchen is spacious with French windows opening onto the garden, with its own outdoor breakfast corner. There are two more bedrooms on this level, one with twin beds with shower room, washbasin, toilet and dressing ; one Master bedroom (180 cm bed), en suite bathroom with bathtub, shower attachment and toilet.

Staff
There is a obligatory weekly maid service of 20 hours (€15 hourly) to be paid locally. Extra hours on request.
