Villa Cigale

Villa Cigale is located just above the beautiful town of Nice on the French Riviera. Perfect for 8 to 10 guests, this 4 bedroom villa with private swimming pool, tennis court, and view of Nice, is sure to make your Riviera vacation a success! With over 4500m2 of garden and a 400m2 villa, you and your group will find all you need to relax and enjoy.

When you enter Villa Cigale you will find the spacious living/dining room which is comfortably furnished. This is adjacent to a family room where there is a TV, stereo and all you need for entertainment. These rooms lead to the outdoor terrace where it is possible to dine al fresco. From the southern facing terrace you will have a view of the pool. Also on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with washing machine and utility sink. A powder room is also located on the first floor.
Behind the living room is an independent studio. In this studio is a double bed with full bath, small kitchen. It has its own private terrace going out to the pool area. It is also possible to have bunk beds for a total of 4 guests.
In the villa, on the second floor, are the other 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms have double beds and there is one more full bath that these two rooms share. The bedrooms all have their own private terraces. There is also an office area on this floor with internet and computer. There is a sofa bed in this office for guests 9 and 10.
In the basement of Villa Cigale is a Sauna for up to 4/5 people.

Guests will enjoy the pool area with its lounge chairs and parasols. There are plenty of places to enjoy "boules" the game of the south. The property has plenty of parking and is sure to make your vacation perfect!
A final cleaning is included in the rental.
