This villa has superb panoramic sea views is set on the hillside overlooking Mandelieu and the Esterel coast, and within a very short drive to the beaches of La Napoule and Cannes. The villa is elevated and offers a view from all levels of the pool, terrace and villa.

This villa with its panoramic views of the Mediterranean set the atmosphere for a wonderful stay.

The entrance is a split level with WC and slate steps that lead into an open lounge with wide patio windows with access to the terrace facing south to the sea. All floors are matured oak and depict the artistic atmosphere of the villa. Comfortable leather couches and corner fireplace feature the lounge. Dining area is within the villa, although there is ample furniture for dining on the terrace in front of the villa overlooking the pool. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped. The kitchen features access to the main terrace. The master bedroom is on the main floor, featuring en suite glass brick shower, and an entrance to the terrace. Laundry room also resides on this floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one double bed, closet and sea view, a second double with small balcony and sea view, and a third bedroom with a "bed in a hole" leather couch and small terrace, all with a sea view. Separate WC and family bathroom with twin vanity unit, bidet and bath with shower. Parking is available above the villa
